Content | The Covid-Pandemic shows how challenging it is to change the behavior of individuals. How to increase the share of individuals wearing masks, and getting vaccinated? Likewise, it is difficult to convince individuals to reduce their carbon footprint by flying less and by consuming less meat. This seminar is concerned with alternative methods of behavior change, covering both theoretical models and empirical research. Central approaches are incentive programs, nudging, and social institutions. |
